Deschutes River (Core Area)

Region meaning: From markers at reduced end of Moody Rapids downstream towards the lips at Interstate 84 Bridge.

  • July 15 – September 15: Closed to angling.
  • September 16 – December 31: One hatchery steelhead permitted within the adult salmonid limit that is daily.
  • All the limitations and restrictions stay unchanged from those placed in the 2020 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulation for the Deschutes River.
